LAWN IRRIGATION INSPECTION

We inspect sprinkler systems to water the lawn. The system will be inspected by operating the controller. Any defect will be determined such as leaks, broken heads, The backflow valve from visual inspection. We also test solenoid valves by checking its wires.

SEWER SCOPING INSPECTION

We recommend having a sewer pipe inspection every 2-3 years, especially if you a have older sewer line  or large trees near your property. Any root intrusions, broken pipes or clogs will be inspected. 

POOL AND SPA INSPECTION

We inspect swimming pools and spas for physical defects, including mechanical operation, and safety concerns. We also provide water chemistry level, such as Chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity. 

FOUNDATION LEVEL MEASUREMENT
