WHAT WE INSPECT

We conduct a home inspection following Standard of Practice  by TREC. Performing a home inspections are non-invasive and visual observation from foundation to the roof though, We use Hi-tech inspection equipment, such as Thermal imaging camera, Foundation Leveler, and moisture meter and more to do the best job  possible.

Performing a home inspection following the Standard of Practice does not fully cover specific ancillary inspections such as Pool & Spa, Lawn Irrigation, Sewer Scope. We always encourage our clients to add those services to avoid costly repairs prior to something unpredictable happens.

In Texas, Measuring the foundation level is crucial for establishing a solid and stable base for the house. We measure level through inside of the house by using "ZIP-LEVEL and provide the plot.​​​​​​​​​​

Underground Sewer

SEWER SCOPING INSPECTION

We recommend having a sewer pipe inspection every 2-3 years, especially if you a have older sewer line  or large trees near your property. Any root intrusions, broken pipes or clogs will be inspected.

LAWN IRRIGATION INSPECTION

We inspect sprinkler systems to water the lawn. The system will be inspected by operating the controller. Any defect will be determined such as leaks, broken heads, The backflow valve from visual inspection. â€‹

POOL AND SPA INSPECTION

We inspect swimming pools and spas for physical defects, including mechanical operation, and safety concerns. We also provide water chemistry level, such as Chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity.
