  • Do I need to sign on a pre-inspection agreement?
    Yes. A Pre-Inspection Agreement is a document that must be signed prior to a home inspection being conducted. This agreement should be done in person and signed no later than 1 calendar day prior to the inspection.   • Can I reschedule or cancel my inspection?
    Of course you can. Call us to get your inspection rescheduled or canceled. Please be aware of that It needs to be made "24 hours" in advance before the day of inspection. Home Inspection appointments are fixed appointments that are blocked off for the day and time. That generally means that we aren’t able to schedule someone else’s inspection at the same time or replace your inspection with someone else’s last-minute. DREAMVILLE Home Inspections provides comprehensive home inspections, including a visual inspection of the structure, systems, and components of the home. Our inspections include the roof, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling systems, foundation, insulation, ventilation, and more. A home inspection is non-evasive, visual inspection of the property. The inspector shall perform all duties in accordance with the TREC Standards of Practice. Even though, Inspection is performed based on building code(IRC), the property inspection is not a code inspection, title examination, nor a By-law compliance inspection.
